Delivery Information does not ship products out of India. Orders will be shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery mode (Standard or Express) selected at the time of order confirmation. The delivery of the shipment is subject to the courier company. The courier partner selected to ship a particular order can only be selected by us. The customer can not choose which courier company he/she wants the order to be delivered by.

Mr. Farmer (India) Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 7 working days from the date of the order or payment confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as specified during checkout. Mr. Farmer (India) Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit.

Delivery charges

The delivery charges will depend upon the delivery pincode of an order. After entering the delivery pincode of an item in the space provided on the product page, the shipping cost will display. If the pincode is changed during the checkout process, the shipping cost will also change respectively.

Shipping preferences

We offer two shipping modes - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10 - 15 working days

Express Shipping: Delivery within 8 - 12 working days

You can only select the shipping mode while adding a product to the cart, this can not be changed later. After entering your pincode on the product details page, the shipping cost of the available modes of shipping will display. You must select the mode of shipping before adding products to the cart.

Shipping and delivery dates

Based on the shipping mode you have chosen, the number of days an order will take to reach you will depend on the time it is expected to take to travel from our address to your location. This transit time takes only working days into account. This means that public holidays and Sundays are not taken into consideration in the estimated number of days for delivery.

The package in rare cases, can also be delayed if the state it is being sent from or delivered to is experiencing severe weather, strikes, natural disasters or any other events that will hamper the speed of delivery.

Plant orders

Since plants are perishable items and are subject to damage during longer transit times, they will not be shipped during festivals or other holidays as delivery tends to get delayed during these times. A plant shipment might take longer to dispatch, but will be shipped via the fastest mode available.


Why do some products take longer to be delivered than the stipulated number of days of that particular shipping mode?

The number of days mentioned for each shipping mode refers to working days which exclude Sundays and other public holidays. In this case, it is quite possible that our logistic partners might have a holiday between the date of delivery and the date the order was placed. Or, the state in which the courier has to pass through has a holiday.

Can I ship part of my order through standard shipping and part of it through express?

Yes. Whichever items are added to the cart as express shipping, will be shipped through the express shipping mode. Those added to the cart as standard shipping will be shipped through the standard shipping mode.

Why is my pincode not servicable?

To know whether a product can be delivered to your location, please enter your pincode on the product details page. A pincode might not be servicable for many reasons. Some of which might be because the pincode falls out of the delivery area of our logistics team, certain state regulations against certain types of products also restrict the movement of products in particular pincodes.

Does deliver overseas?

As of now, only delivers within India and not internationally.

Does accept returns?

Why do some products only have one shipping method available?

Some products might not be able to be shipped by a certain mode of transport due to state laws and national regulations. Another reason is that certain products that might get damaged through standard shipping or require faster delivery; these will only have one mode of shipping available.

Does accept Cash on delivery?

No, as of now we do not accept cash on delivery as a mode of payment. We do however, accept a number of other modes of payment like debit card, credit card, and even net banking and cheque payments.

How do I address a problem with my order?

Although we work hard to make sure that your order is delivered to you on time, there are instances where an order delivery might be delayed or cancelled due to unforseeable reasons. In this case, you can get in touch with us through our contact us page by filling up the form with the order ID and we will get back to you within 48 working hours.

Are there any hidden costs that will be added during checkout?

No, there are no hidden charges. The price shown to you in your shopping cart is what will be charged to you during checkout. The only time the cost might change is when the delivery pincode is changed after adding products to the cart or the pincode is changed during the checkout process.
