Terms and Conditions Online Purchases

Products (Online Store)

b. Pricing: All prices listed on the Website are in Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices and to cancel orders at our sole discretion.

c. Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The acceptance of your order occurs when the products are shipped, and a confirmation email is sent to you.

Returns and Refunds

a. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product. Refunds or exchange are not applicable on plants, seeds and other perishable items.

b. Refunds: No refund

c. Services: Bought cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

Limitation of Liability

a. In no event shall Mr.farmer India Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Website or products purchased from the Website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr.farmer India Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Website or violation of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Country/Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

I accept that Mr. Farmer (India) Pvt. Ltd. or its employees and agent can contact me regarding my orders, promotional activities, etc. By whatsapp, email, call, SMS.

Garden Service

a. Watering of plants is to be done by you.

b. The above servicing does not include pruning of large trees above 6ft, plucking of coconuts and other fruits and replacements of dead plants. Will be done at extra cost.

c. Specific days of the week or specific time for service if required will be charged extra as applicable.

d. Date change is chargeable. However the next service date will not be changed and will continue as per schedule irrespective of the interval caused by the date change.

e. We will only intimate a date of service on our website. Time is only available to premium services.

f. Cancellation of service for any reason after the team has arrived at your site or on same day will be treated as completed and the full amount will have to be paid by you for the same.

g. If you need to cancel our service appointment it has to be done 2 days in advance by log in on the website no call, no messages.

h. Additional plants, soil, manure replacement of dead plants etc. requested by you will be treated as extra items at extra cost.

i. If hard copy of bill is required, you will have to collect it from our office.

j.Place to be provided within the property to dump the garden waste. e.g. Lawn, clippings, twigs and shrubs. etc if we need to dispose of it will be charged extra.

k. Deposit of 2 services to be paid in advance to confirm order which will be adjusted in last service if discontinued.

l. If we are unable to service your garden due to gate being locked, security reasons or any other reason from your side full cost of service will be charged.

m. Electric connection (Plug points 16 amps) for lawn mower to be provided at every 25 mtrs for lawn mowing.

n. Payments are required to be dropped off at Mr. Farmer- Guirim. or given to the service team visiting you (please do not hand over cash) If collection on any other day is required will be charged extra.

o. How hours are calculated: Total number of boys divided by hours.

p. A 10-15 minute break per hour is part of machine and labour rest time.

q. Time starts when our team arrives at your site

r. If more time is required it needs to be intimated in advance (charged extra) and a last minute extension may not be possible as the next service is already scheduled.

s. For service of vertical garden we should be provided with ladder and other safety equipment required.
